request to obtain The Intel® FPGA CXL IP

Can someone help me with getting The Intel® FPGA CXL IP? I could not find where to download and evaluate this IP as well as purchase this IP

Do u use usb blaster? If check the JTAG issue, I need such info:

1. which board are u used?

2. Could u show me the error pic of quartus or programmer
