Recommended footprint for the datasheet - 10AS016E3F29I2SG

Hello there, This is Ron and I want to know the information for the recommended footprint (datasheet) for this part # 10AS016E3F29I2SG. I am trying to recreate the library via Eagle. Thanks

Does any one have complete data sheet for 10AX016E3F27I2SG? I am trying to design 10AX016E3F27I2SG FPGA based board but I do not have the pin functionality , for example JTAG interface? Clock oscillator connections, etc. Please help
