The CLI documentation was released early for Test and Measurement Vendors (such as Keyisight, Tektronix, LeCroy, Anrtisu, etc.) to enable them to get their automation flows working correctly. It is not as of yet supported and should be enabled in our next release or two. The User can however use SNDR_Matlab test in GUI mode to complete their measurements.
Yes, 3M UI is required to have the test run successfully.
No, unfortunately we can not share the Sigtest source files.
