Problem with alt_2p5g_phy and polarity inversion.

Dear Pavee,

we could not solve the problem, so we were forced to switch to the "native" PHY and configured the whole thing ourselves. We did this by comparing dedicated settings with the pre-definition of 2.5 Gbit. After that, the native PHY allowed us to change the polarity.

So our problem has been workaround.
