Parallel PCI (not PCIe) on Cyclone 10GX?

This may seem like a crazy question to ask in 2021, but: Will the old Altera parallel PCI core work in the Cyclone 10 GX? The two most likely hangups are (a) whether the Cyclone 10 GX supports the required I/O standards, and (b) whether Quartus Prime Pro will accept the encrypted PCI core when compiling.
