NCO v 11.1 not working

I have Quartus v11.1 Build 216 and generate NCO by his Wizard, generating include Simulation Model and Netlist. Then i try simulate this in Altera ModelSim and NCO not working. I use original TB gene...

We have right, the problem was some other. I forgot attach source file generated from BDF in NativeLink settings.

I overlooked ModelSim's Warning: (vsim-3473), that is already described here.
