mpeg ts interface ip core

hi; i'm working in hardware imlementaion of an DVB_ASI interface project. i downloaded the latest ip from altera site and i didn't find the ip core of the mpeg ts interface (i think it's an mpeg-2...

Why did you download the IP ? Isn't it come with Quartus II Web Edition by default ?
