MAX10 ROT(root of trust) CFM0 protect write/read setting

Using MAX10(ROT) to do system PRF function, I would like to ask some questions.

Because CFM0 wants to put the PFR verification program, this block cannot be overwritten.

I would like to ask how to set this function and confirm that CFM0 cannot be overwritten.
