I understand that you are experiencing difficulty accessing the simulation example previously available on the Altera Wiki:

Please note that the Altera Wiki is no longer available. I am currently checking with our internal teams to determine whether an archived copy of the design example can be located.

 

This investigation may take some time. I will provide you with an update by the end of next week, or sooner if I receive any relevant information.
