Is there an FFT IP or other sources for use on a Cyclone 10LP?

Quartus 17.1 allowed me to instantiate the FFT core but during analysis i get an error message saying the FFT core is not supported on the device. Does any Cyclone 10 allow the FFT IP core? Is the...

In that case, can you use Q18.1 as it might be an old bug for Q17.1.
