IP for Stratix V

Hi all, new user of these forums and Altera devices.

We are in the process of purchasing a subscription version of the Quartus II SW for a Stratix V project.

To that end, I am looking for the IP download of "10G OTN IP" and have found a summary pdf of that for Stratix IV, but no location for the IP itself. Is this something available post registration? Or something specific to Stratix IV.

Presently, I am used the 30-day trial version to become familiar with the software.
