Intel scalable Switch IP

Is there any means by which I can get the default values of the capability registers implemented in the configuration space of intel's gen 5 scalable switch IP ???

The PCI-SIG's base spec lists the default values of each capability register. I am planning to refer that only. But is there any other resource specific to intel's switch IP for the same ? It would help better.
