I can`t open qpf file in Quartes.I will post the link to file too.

This link is for entire project :https://github.com/eigenpi/Face-Detection-on-FPGA/blob/master/faceDetectSystem_2p3_320x240.zip I also attached the error.

Did you try a project folder without "<space>(2)"?
