I am working on MAX 10 FPGA interfacing with SI5338B using I2C. I have used NIOS 2 and integration done using Qsys. However, I am not getting ACK response from slave device. Could you please provide me support on this? Can I get similar project for study?

It is a bit difficult to support you since it seems to be an integration problem (and not tools or IP problem).

Main action is to use either SignalTap so as to check that I2C protocol and I2C address are OK or (preferably) logic analyzer to check voltage, I2C protocol, ...
