How can I us the auto-precharge feature of the Intel® 'Cyclone V GX' DDR3 hard memory controller ?

Signal 'local_autopch_req' is not applicable to the hard memory controller in 'Cyclone V GX'. Is it possible to enable auto-precharge feature as settings via 'Configuration and Status Interface' ?

    Hi VBotn,

    Unfortunately hard memory controller doesn't support auto-precharge control thus won't enable "local_autopch_req" as shown in attachment.

    You can consider to use regular soft memory controller that support auto-precharge control (uncheck hard memory interface) option in DDR3 UNIPHY IP.
