1 year agoTo keep up with recent high performance NVMe SSD (6 - 7 GB/s sequential write speed), you need 4 lanes PCIe 4 interface. Implementing direct FPGA-to-NVMe interface avoids possible, hard to handle PC software bottlenecks.
