FIR sample rate

I was trying to create a Low pass fir filter usinf megawizard , when i changed the sample rate to 100Mhz , i couldnt see any coefficients all were turned into zeros ??? and when i changed the sample rate to 10Mhz i could see coefficient numbers ???

any help appreciated
