Dear Intel support,As RJ45 connectors are the most popular choice for a 1G Ethernet interface, we're exploring the feasibility of employing a QSFP connector (paired with breakout cables) with the "Triple Speed Ethernet IP Core from Intel" without requiring any FPGA modifications.  If this is feasible, kindly share the part number for the breakout cable.Thanks

Hi Zying,Yes, our plan involves utilizing the QSFP connector on the Intel Agilex-7 (DK-SI-AGI027FA) evaluation board, along with an appropriate breakout cable, to establish a 1 GbE connection. We intend to employ the Triple Speed Ethernet IP Core within the FPGA fabric, which supports speeds up to 1GbE.Thanks!
