I have a question about the product in the pictures: the official data sheet doesn't have the circled dots in the pictures, but the product I received has both dots. Can I be sure the product I received is authentic? Is there an official certification?

Based on EOL date, we can't confirm if this device genuine or not, because Altera no longer manufacture this devices, but from date code and device id, the numbers are valid.
