You may refer to product EOL here: https://community.intel.com/t5/Programmable-Devices/MAX7000-S-product-status/m-p/1393867

Based on EOL date, we can't confirm if this device genuine or not, because Altera no longer manufacture this devices, but from date code and device id, the numbers are valid.
