Empty Questasim libraries for Intel IP

I'm trying to simulate a design that incorporates various Intel IP selected from the IP Catalog in the Quartus Platform Designer. The HDL for the design was successfully generated in Platform Design...

Hi Sheng.

Still not resolved.

The document links you provided contain an example design that has been very helpful, thank you. However I cannot complete the example design without a license for the bus functional models, and the Intel FPGA Self Service License Center has been down for migration to Azure Portal.
