DSP Builder license issue

I bought an Altera Cyclone III starter Board for evaluation purposes, I am trying to test the DBP Builder in the board but when I try to compile it sends Error during compilation: regarding license ...

I don't think DSP Builder is included in the web edition, so I guess in that sense it doesn't work with it.

I don't know much about licensing.
