DSP Builder Floating License

Hi,

I already have Quartus floating license and I would like to add DSP Builder License to it. However, it appears that the DSP Builder license is only node-locked (IPT-DSPBUILDER-ND). Does anyone know if Altera provides floating license for DSP Builder? I haven't been able to get a proper answer from the Distributor or from Altera on this. Appreciate any help.

    Do you know the difference between DSP builder floating licence and fixed point licences?
