DSP Builder Blockset not showing in Simulink 2012a

The blocksets are not showing up in the simulink libary. Running Matlab 2012a on Win7/64-bit. I see that the Intro the DSP Builder on Altera's site states Matlab 2011 as the latest version. Is this ...

Go to Programs -> Altera -> DSP Builder -> Start in MATLAB
