Differences between SSGDMA and GTS MCDMA for Agilex 5

Can anyone explain the differences between SSGDMA and GTS MCDMA for Agilex 5? Why would I choose SSGDMA over GTS MCDMA? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each IP compared to the other?
