Constellation Mapper/De Mapper

HI,

I am new to Altera platform of FPGA design. And also new to the concept of Megafunctions, Megacores. I wish to build a digital QAM modulator. I read about the Constellation Mapper in Altera Megafunctions. I have installed the Quartus II 11.1 sp2 Web edition.

I cannot find it when I run the Megawizard plug in manager. Also I tried searching in the website under IP cores. However I cannot find it. Could someone please tell me where I can find the Megafunction.

    this core hasn't existed in quite some time. you'll have to write HDL yourself
