CMU PLL Cyclone V

Hello,

I would like to create a CMU PLL in a TX GXB to transmit it to other Transceiver.

I really don't know how to create this TX CMU PLL, and request a design example or some help ?

My goal is to create 4 SFP channel with a external PLL, with this CMU PLL.
