How do I download the reference design?

Hi Sir, I tried the same and also facing same issue. Let me check on how to get the design and get back to you later.
Do you need the design for Arria 10 or Stratix V?

I tried from my end and it is working.
CAlfrI can now download the qar file. The download page at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/downloads/thank-you.html?swcode=WWW-REF-PCIE-HP-AVMM [https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/downloads/thank-you.html?swcode=WWW-REF-PCIE-HP-AVMM] says to get the licence. When I click on "Get licences" I am redirected to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/programmable.html [https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/programmable.html] instead. Hi Sir,
After you get the QAR file, you suppose can compile it with quartus.
And if quartus compilation give you complaint about license, then you can visit this page and learn how to obtain the license.
