The issue is fixed. Please try to download the design again.

I can now download the qar file. The download page at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/downloads/thank-you.html?swcode=WWW-REF-PCIE-HP-AVMM [https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/downloads/thank-you.html?swcode=WWW-REF-PCIE-HP-AVMM] says to get the licence. When I click on "Get licences" I am redirected to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/programmable.html [https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/programmable.html] instead.
