AGFB027R31 Package Drawing/Footprint

Hello,

I'm looking for the package drawing or footprint for the AGFB027R31. Can anyone point me in the right direction, even if it's just an FAE email or someone else I can contact?

Hi Jared,May I know which Agilex products that you refer to (FM85,FM72, ..etc)? I will need the device name so that I can request the correct PMD drawing accordingly.
