About the power supply of cyclone10LP

hello,

I am using 10CL016 F484.The power supply is used as follows.VCCIO monotonically reaches 3.3V as shown in the attached figure (ch2).VCCINT, VCCD_PLL, and VCCA also monotonically reach the target voltage.However, only VCCIO drops to 2V for a moment after 2ms.Is this behavior problematic?If there is a problem, what is the impact?

VCCINT: 1.2VVCCD_PLL: 1.2VVCCA: 2.5VVCCIO: 3.3V

Thank you for answering me.

IO standard is a Single-Ended I / O Standard Specifications.My design uses 3.3-V LVTTL and 3.3-V LVCMOS.
