Hello, We are using 5CGTFD5C5F23C7N in our Product. While integrating peripherals, want to know VOL,VOH, IOL,IOH, VIL,VIH etc. Unable to get it from datasheet. Please share the details. Thanks.

Hi,


You need to choose which I/O standard are you using for the I/O. Next, you may refer to the datasheet on the Vih, Vil, Voh and Vol based on the I/O standard.
