Please advise what the suffix "AB" means in the part number 5AGXFB7K4F40I3NAB.

In the datasheet's ordering code, there is no suffix "AB" shown. Is this customized FPGA for specific customer only and no information can be shared as this is confidential?

    Yes, correct. AB suffix is specific for special customer order only. This is to distinguish the order from normal customer order. The information is only visible to this specific customer.
