Why doesn't my DE2-115 Altera FPGA board want to be programmed? (keeps getting failed when i try programming to USB-blaster)

"Do you mean auto detect is not working" & "factory default image is not loaded"

May some IC would have damaged or power issues.

  1. Check if any power or ground are shorted
  2. Check FT245 OR MAX II IC and its power.
  3. Check all the components on power path(Capacitors and converter).
