Why can't generat EP3C55F780C6 pof file in QUARTUS9.0SP2

we use EP3C55F780C6 in our design ,and use ip fft9.0, but generate sof file ,no pof file ,why? thanks! mail: cjfwindy@163.com

As you are apparently using a subsription license, that includes the FFT core: Did you select "Use configuration device" in the Device and Pin Options/Configuration" tab?

You should be also able to convert *.sof to *.pof by the Convert Programming Files tool.
