where to get the .xml file for K4T51163QI?

Hi, I am using the DDR2 controller for sumsung K4T51163QI, and need the corresponding .xml file for the preset, where to get it? Thanks in advance!

    Nowhere. Use a custom model and define the parameters according to chip datasheet.
