Where to download the Quartus_Pro_PLL_RAM.zip?

it is linked from the Simulation Quick-Start for ModelSim - Intel FPGA Edition ( Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition), but seems a broken link, and I could not find the .zip anywhere. Thanks!

As per the download link in that documentation, it was successfully redirected us to Intel Community Wiki Sections.

We are on the process of uploading sample design to this new wiki site and fixing the documentation errors and it required longer time for code review.

We will let you know once we make progress.
