Where to download the Quartus_Pro_PLL_RAM.zip?

it is linked from the Simulation Quick-Start for ModelSim - Intel FPGA Edition ( Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition), but seems a broken link, and I could not find the .zip anywhere. Thanks!
