Hi,
I made a 25MHz clock using the Mega wizard of quartus, and put the PLL in my Active HDL design (I don't think the problem is with the Active HDL, though), and when compiling I get this error regarding the ALtera_mf library which isn't in my design. Where do I find the Altera_mf library? thanks, Roy2 Replies

You should read the Quartus II handbook section on simulation with EDA tools:
