When is Cyclone V with dual core ARM 9 released?

Hi there, Looking for the price of this chip. Does anybody know the price?

heh again they will make cyclone gx series starter kit which probably will the same worthless as cyclone iv gx starter kit :) no hsmc ports = no development.
