What's the maximum throughput of Avalon-MM interface?

As the title indicates... what's the maximum throughput of Avalon-MM interface?

I am willing to transfer data from HPS to FPGA, data rate is 4.8 MByte/s. Is Avalon-MM suitable for such a function?

And does it matter if I use Lightweight HPS-to-FPGA bridge? or the full HPS-to-FPGA bridge is the appropriate choice?
