what is the most speed of cyclone3?

in cyclone3,what is the most speed of I/O,if it didn't use any standard?

for 3.3 lvttl is 100Mhz,lvcmos is 167Mhz,and if there is no any standard ,what is the most speed ?for **MHZ?

    You can't have "no ... standard". There's always a default standard if you don't specifically assign one.

    Go to the ASSIGNMENTS menu, select DEVICE..., click the DEVICE & PIN OPTIONS button and select the VOLTAGE tab. The default I/O standard can be selected there.
