What is good CPLD device for 30K Bytes Lookup Table data storge

Question

Searching a right CPLD for around 3k ~ 4k Bytes data storage as a ROM, including a small control logic.

less 10 I/O required, so prefer TQFP type package,

Any minimum CPLD will work for that in any MAX2, MAX10?

How to convert the data bytes to Altera ALMs and block memory bits?

How to estimate Altera device sizes in Logic Gates or Data Bytes?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

MAX II have UFM (user flash memory) that you can use like ROM. There are TQFP versions
