weird prints obtained after loading bit file on FPGA

while trying to execute bit file in intel FPGA , the prints are displayed with some special characters in console terminal. What could be the issue? Ideally, data_2 = 0x1024 should be printed ...

1- How do you execute the bit file?

2- Are you using Quartus?

3- Have you compile your design? Any error shown?

4- What is the device OPN?
