Warnings in Quartus

You read the warning :

"Warning: Output pins are stuck at VCC or GND

Warning (13410): Pin "SDRAM_cke" is stuck at VCC"

Maybe this is exactly what you want. Did you put the SDRAM_cke signal stuck to '1' in order to permanently enable the SDRAM?

If so this is a warning that you can ignore.
