VHDL simulation code for EPCS4 serial prom?

Question

I am in need of simulation code for an EPCS4 (or similar memory). If one already exists, it would save me some time in developing my own.

Is there a place in the Altera web site where such code might exist?

EPCS4 is compatible with Numonyx/Micron M25P40. The manufacturer provides VHDL models for the device, see http://numonyx.com/en-us/resourcecenter/pages/modelingtools.aspx
