Vcbat voltage for cyclonr LS

i would like use a cyclone ls 3 series which have operating in put 1.8v and 3.3 v kindly help how much voltage should i have given to vcbat operate safely with regards ajish

i highly recommend taking a look at the Schematic Review Worksheets and/or the Pin Connection Guidelines
