Using FPGA code in mobile phones to speed up processors

How can one use FPGA code in mobile phones to speed up processors?

I have a iphone & android HTC but they are very slow in processing therefore if there is an app to increase or by pass the processor normal memory usage it would really make life easier? Any help appreciated?

    Well given there is no FPGA inside these phones it would be quite difficult.
