Using ALTERA D2E board to do some communication work

Hi there,

I am interested to find out what is the fast clock rate (digital pulse) or frequency of carrier analog sine wave possible with a cyclone II. I just ordered a D2E board to play with. I am new to the FPGA altera and to this forum (my first post).
