USB Byte Blaster II

I am trying to install USB Blaster II for Quartus 12.0. (64 bit Win 7)

I couldn't get it working because I guessed I has Quartus 11.1. I uninstalled that. Still found driver. Uninstalled the driver from control panel. Rebooted.

Plugged USB back in and now get three beeps and now find new hardware wizard.

Nothing is showing up in device manager.

What now?
